3 dead in Oklahoma air ambulance crash

Air ambulance crash kills 3 crew members west of Oklahoma City. 

According to the company Air Evac Lifeteam, the helicopter went down near Hydro, Oklahoma while returning to their base after dropping off a patient at Mercy Health Center in the state’s capital Saturday night.  

Air Evac Lifeteam supplies some air ambulance services to Northeast Oklahoma and to Mercy Hospital Joplin.
