Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on tap for Monday at Bicentennial Bridge in Jefferson City

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Monday for a new bridge in Jefferson City 

The public will be able to walk across the new Bicentennial Bridge near the Capitol in Jefferson City.  

The ribbon-cutting for the bridge to Adrian’s Island on the Missouri River is slated for Monday at 1:30 pm.  

Local and state dignitaries are expected to participate.  

Major donors of the $4.9 million project will be recognized at the event.
