Ozark businesses receive F rating from the Better Business Bureau
Customers cite poor customer service and poor communication in their experiences
Two Ozark, Missouri businesses have received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.
The BBB,” advises consumers to use caution when doing business with Midwest Roofing Commercial & Residential Inc., and Overland Roof Exchange Inc., of Ozark,” according to a news release from the nonprofit.
Customers reported that the companies provided poor customer service and did not do a good job of communicating with them.
Both establishments share an address of 4173 N. 20th Street in Ozark.
