MSSU announces Southern Summit event for Wednesday

Missouri Southern State University has announced the fifth annual Southern Summit scheduled for Wednesday, October 6.

The event will be from 9 AM to 4 PM on the third floor of Billingsly Student Center at MSSU.

Sessions offered during the summit – which you can attend both in-person and via Microsoft Teams – include learning opportunities for leadership, student success, digital native, and Something Southern.

Keynote Speaker Dr. Derald Davis will present “Developing an Inclusive Campus Environment.

Additionally, a pre-event get-together has been scheduled from 8 to 9 AM in BSC 314; this period will give participants the ability to network and do other activities in between Southern Summit sessions.
