Drug bust in Baxter Springs

After an extensive investigation into the activities at the 2000 block of Park Ave in Baxter Springs, the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office along with the Baxter Springs Police Department, obtained and executed a search warrant this morning.

Inside the home they found Meth, pot and other drug paraphernalia.

Arrested in the raid was 30-year-old Deborah Williams of Baxter who resided in the home. Williams is currently in the Cherokee County Jail on charges of Possessing Meth, Possessing Marijuana and Possessing Drug Paraphernalia and has a $5000.00 bond.
