Abortionists could spend 15 years behind bars for breaking the law.
The Missouri house passed a highly controversial abortion bill today that would ban abortions after 8 weeks of pregnancy. The legislation includes exceptions for medical emergencies, but not for rape or incest.
Democrats were outraged that the bill was too extreme and dangerous.
Governor Parson is expected to sign it.
