Baxter Police seize 40 lbs of marijuana

Baxter Springs Police seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a search warrant Wednesday. Approximately 40 pounds of marijuana and drug paraphernalia used in manufacturing T.H.C vape oils were seized from the residence at 517 W. 11th Street. One individual was taken into custody and transported to Cherokee County Jail for the pending criminal charges.
