Update: Winter weather in the 4 States

Late this afternoon into the overnight hours, winter weather will be in the 4 states.

According to KZRG Meteorologist Terri Smith:

For most of us, we’re going to wind up with somewhere between 2 to 4 inches of snow before it winds down tomorrow morning.  This will wind down pretty quickly.  And I guess if we’re going to have a snowstorm, this is the way to do it where the bulk of it falls during the overnight hours.”

Heavier amounts of snow expected from McDonald and Barry Counties in Missouri down into Arkansas.

Most of our listening area is under a winter weather advisory from 5 this afternoon until 6 PM on Friday.

McDonald and Barry Counties in Southwest Missouri are under a winter storm warning at the same time.

Keep it on Newstalk KZRG for updates throughout the winter storm.
