Wyandotte Special Education teacher indicted for tasing testicles of adopted, disabled son
Two people from Wyandotte, Oklahoma face federal charges as the result of Federal Grand Jury 2024-B indictments in the Northern District of Oklahoma.
Keith Edward Enyart, 52 and Jennifer Barger Enyart, 44, are charged with Child Neglect in Indian Country; Child Abuse in Indian Country; Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Do Bodily Harm in Indian Country.
The Enyarts are charged with willfully failing to provide appropriate medical care and supervision to protect a child under their care.
They both are charged with willfully harming the safety and welfare of the minor victim.
Jennifer Enyart is additionally charged with intentionally assaulting the minor child by tasing his testicles. She is reportedly a Special Education teacher at Wyandotte
The FBI is the investigative agency. Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephanie N. Ihler is prosecuting the case.
The above-named individuals have been charged with violations of United States law in indictments returned by the Grand Jury.
