Future for Joplin Memorial Hall?

The Joplin City Council heard from an Arkansas based company last week, about ways to save and continue to use Memorial Hall.  

Mayor Keenan Cortez told the KZRG Morning Newswatch:

“We had a presentation from a company out of Arkansas called Temple Live. They have kind of carved out their niche by going into older buildings throughout the country, rehabbing them and turning them into event venues.  Very early on in the discussions. But we have agreed as a council to have some discussions with them concerning the possibilities for Memorial Hall.
