Seneca man charged with terrorist threat, molestation after contact with junior high girls

A man from Seneca, Missouri, is facing numerous charges after he allegedly threatened to shoot up a school and after he allegedly inappropriately touched junior high school girls.

Court documents say 18-year-old Brandin Steven Wilms made lewd comments about a young girl and threatened to shoot up the school when she refused his advances.

Another victim told police that Wilms was taking his shirt off around children at a local park and was yelling and throwing his bicycle when he got angry.

Another underage girl told authorities that Wilms harassed her and her friends and would wait in the bushes to surprise them and that he would stand around for hours near their home, waiting for them to return.

Wilms is now been charged with four felonies, including:

Terrorist Threat – 2nd Degree
Harassment – 1st Degree
Harassment – 1st Degree
Child Molestation – 4th Degree – Child Less Than 17 And Offender Greater Than 4 Years Older

He’s also charged with misdemeanor Sexual Abuse – 2nd Degree

Wilms is in the Newton County Jail, being held on no bond.
