Joplin City Council to meet Monday night
The Joplin City Council meets Monday night.
A number of items are on the agenda.
Members will hear updates on streetlights, stormwater projects and community revitalization efforts.
The meeting will include first reading of an ordinance that would approve an agreement between the City and D&L Plumbing & Heating of Nixa to extend 15th Street two blocks to the east from Range Line Road.
A Consent Agenda item would authorizing Joplin to enter into an Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement with Webb City for the purpose of street construction improvements associated with the Zora Street Improvements project from Range Line Road to MO-249.
Members will also go into a closed session at the end of the regular meeting.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers in City Hall at 602 S. Main Street.
