One dead in head-on crash on I-49 near Carthage

One dead following a head-on crash on I-49 early Thursday morning about 5 miles north of Carthage.  

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 62 year old Lane Antenen of Bazine, Kansas was driving north in the southbound lane and ran into a semi truck.  

Minor injuries were reported by the semi driver, 34 year old Kudlip Singh of Aurora, Illinois.
