Joplin bus station stabbing suspect arrested in New York
Authorities have arrested the suspect wanted for allegedly stabbing an 18-year-old at the Joplin-area Greyhound Bus Station in January.
47-year-old David L. Bostic, of Bellevue, Washington, was taken into custody Thursday in Queens, New York.
U.S. Marshal’s Service say it was for the first-degree assault that took place on 1-11-2024 at the bus stop in
Duenweg.
The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office is awaiting his extradition back to Missouri.
The victim in the case was transported to a local hospital in stable condition with a stab wound to his neck. He was treated and then released six days later.
