Connecticut Ave. closed between 33rd & 44th Streets Monday and Tuesday

Starting Mon, July 22, Connecticut Ave. will be closed between 33th Street and 44th Streets, weather permitting. Work is expected to continue through Tues, July 23.

If there is a weather delay, work will begin/resume when possible.

The road will open at the end of each workday, and the closure will resume each morning. Access will be maintained for the nearby residents during the closure. Alternate routes will have to be used during the work.

These closures are occurring as part of the ongoing Connecticut Avenue widening project.
