Monett woman dead after crash on US-60 in Verona

A woman from Monett, Missouri, was killed in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon in Verona.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened when 48-year-old Jennifer A. Ross crossed the center line of US Highway 60 and collided with a semi-truck.

Ross was pronounced dead at the scene.
