5-year-old fatally struck by semi-truck in Reeds

A 5-year-old boy from Lockwood, Missouri, was killed in a tragic accident Wednesday morning in the town of Reeds.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says it happened on a private driveway when a parked Peterbilt 378 semi-truck tractor was put into gear and jolted forward, fatally striking the child.
