Toddler life flighted after crashing golf cart

A two-year-old boy from Golden, Missouri, suffered serious injuries after a golf cart accident Sunday afternoon south of Shell Knob.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the toddler was behind the wheel of the golf cart when he drove it into a boulder on private property.

The young boy was flown by helicopter to a Springfield hospital.
