Missouri route 125 closed at U.S. Route 60 in Rogersville beginning Thursday
The Missouri Department of Transportation announced in a release that Missouri Route 125 will be closed at U.S. Route 60 in Rogersville starting Thursday.
Contractor crews will close Route 125 at Route 60. Traffic will be able to make right turns onto Route 60 from Route 125 and right turns onto Route 125 from Route 60, but no left turns will be allowed at this intersection. Signals at the intersection of Route 60 and Route 125 will be removed. Crews will also temporarily close the Route 60 crossover medians between Farm Road 205 and Farm Road 241, for up to 6 months, for safety reasons. These closures will begin Phase 4 of the U.S. Route 60 and Missouri Route 125 Interchange Project.
Traffic Impacts:
- Route 125 CLOSED at Route 60
- Route 60 to Route 125 right turns only, no left turns allowed
- Route 125 to Route 60 right turns only, no left turns allowed
- Route 60 open in both directions
- Signals removed at Route 60 and Route 125
- Route 60 crossover medians temporarily CLOSED for up to 6 months at:

- Harmony Avenue
- Farm Road 213
- Farm Road 219
- Farm Road 223
- Farm Road 241
- Both directions of Route 60 are reduced to two 10’ lanes in each direction
- Speed is reduced to 50 mph in the work zone
- Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
