Justin Rogers of Bolivar arrested in death of his 13 year old son

Justin Rogers of Bolivar was accused of neglect that led to the death of his 13 year old son.  

According to Bolivar investigators, the teen was diabetic and had been sick for 3 days before his death.  

Police report Rogers appeared to be under the influence and had neglected his son.
