Cherokee County fugitive found in Weir home
Found hiding under clothes in bedroom
Just before 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 8, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies searched a Weir home for a wanted fugitive.
The search resulted in the arrest of 26-year-old Destiny Grassi who had outstanding warrants for her arrest from Cherokee and Crawford Counties for various meth and burglary related charges.
Deputies located Grassi hiding under clothes in a back bedroom, before apprehending her.
Three others also were arrested at the scene and transported to the Cherokee County Jail on allegations of Interfering with Law Enforcement.
They were 25-year-old Ryan Lindbloom, 18-year-old Quincey Gepford and 24-year-old Austin Barton.
