State Senator Jill Carter on “Save Women’s Sports Act” in senate hearings

Missouri State Senator Jill Carter from Granby told Newstalk KZRG that a measure known as the “Save Women’s Sports Act” was discussed last week.  

According to Senator Carter: “We had an overwhelming amount of testimony being heard on that.  It was great to have so many people come from across the state to testify in favor of our language.  That would create to where it would have an impact at the college level too.”

The measure provisions are regarding usage of school locker rooms.

Carter serves the 32nd Missouri Senatorial District.
