Man from Commerce indicted by Federal Grand Jury
A man from Commerce, Oklahoma has been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in the Northern District of Oklahoma.
34-year-old James Isac Snyder of Commerce is charged with First Degree Burglary in Indian Country and Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country.
Prosecutors says Snyder forcibly broke into a residence with intent to assault a male in the home.
He is further charged with assaulting that victim, resulting in serious bodily injury.
The FBI, Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, and Quapaw Nation Marshals Service are the investigative agencies in that case.
