Freeman To Host Blood Drive

Freeman Hospital West is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday and they hope to see you there. Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood, and your donation can save up to three lives! You may have thought only those involved in a serious accident need your donation , but hospitals use it for so much more than that. Blood is essential for surgeries, cancer treatment, and treating chronic illnesses.

Due to this ongoing need, Freeman is hosting their blood drive on Tuesday, January 22 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at Freeman Hospital West Conference Rooms 1W, 2W and 4W.

Donors 17 or older who weigh at least 110 pounds and have not given blood in the past eight weeks are eligible to give. Eat well and drink plenty of fluids before arriving.
