Passenger Jet From KC Catches Fire After Landing In Denver
Everyone is reported safe after a United Airlines passenger jet from Kansas City caught fire after landing at Denver International Airport.
United Airlines Flight 1658 landed without incident about 2:30 Mountain Time and then taxied to the gate.
Once there, a small fire broke out underneath the aircraft.
An airport spokesperson said emergency slides were deployed but that most passengers were able to exit through the jet bridge.
The small fire was put out by a Denver Fire crew, and there were no known injuries.
