BBB issues F rating to Springfield business

The Better Business Bureau has issued an F rating to a Springfield business after numerous consumer reports were filed.
C&J Tree Service received the rating after complaints from consumers of failure to finish projects, failure to show for appointments, no communication with customers, and provided poor customer service.
According to the BBB, the company is not registered with the Missouri Secretary of State.
Consumer complaints identify Calvin Jones and Ron Jones as operators of C&J Tree Service.
BBB records show that these individuals also operated similar businesses in the past, including Ron Jones Tree Service, C&R Tree Service, Good Ol’ Boys Tree Surgeon, and Joseph’s Tree Service.
