City of Joplin to start leaf pick-up program at the end of November
City crews will start this project on the outermost parts of the city and move inward
Beginning November 29, the City of Joplin will, weather permitting, start its leaf pick-up program.
City crews will begin this process by starting in the outermost portions of the area and then work their way toward the middle of the city.
