Vehicle that fled the scene of Saturday crash now narrowed down by MSHP

A development has been made in the case of a hit-and-run crash that occurred last Saturday.

Originally, a horse-drawn buggy was rear-ended by another vehicle north of Jericho Springs, Missouri.

One woman was ejected from the buggy and sustained serious injuries, which prompted the other to flee.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says that the vehicle that fled the scene was a red 1994 to 98 GMC 1500 Pickup/ Yukon based on evidence left at the scene.
