Kansas Couple Killed as Part of a “Carnival Mafia” Initiation
Posing as the “Carnival Mafia” leader, a hit was ordered on an elderly Kansas couple.
Three carnival workers have been charged with killing two vendors whose bodies were found in Arkansas just days after they disappeared from the Barton County fair.
Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt tells News Talk KZRG that 52-year-old Kimberly Younger, of McIntosh, Florida, “Made Up” the “carnival Mafia” to trick 54-year-old Michael Fowler Jr., of Sarasota, Florida, and 35-year-old Rusty Frasier, of Aransas Pass, Texas to kill as part of an initiation. The three face charges that include capital murder and are in jail on a $1 million bond in Arkansas while awaiting extradition to Kansas.
