More Covid-19 vaccinations available for Phase 1B, Tier3 members coming in March
The next tier of of vaccinations will start March 15.
Following the authorization of a third vaccine from Johnson and Johnson, Missouri’s distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine is expected to pick up momentum as the year progresses into spring, according to a news release from Governor Mike Parson’s Office.
Missouri will begin vaccination for members of Phase 1B, Tier 3 starting March 15; Phase 1B, Tier 3 includes approximately 550,000 Missourians that perform essential functions such as k-12 educators and school employees, child care providers, government workers, and other workers.
Currently, 13.8% of Missourians have received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
