KDOT resurfacing project beings March 1
U.S. 69 in Bourbon County will be the focus of the project.
KDOT has plans to start a resurfacing project on U.S. 69 in Bourbon County beginning Monday. March 1, according to a media release.
“Project activity includes concrete patching, placement of a one-inch reflective crack interlayer, and a three-inch asphalt overlay. KDOT awarded the construction contract of $3.5 million to Bettis Asphalt & Construction, Inc., of Topeka.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane at the work zone. Work on the project should be completed by mid-August, weather permitting.
