The Joplin Fire Department wants your input as the city continues to grow.

The JFD serves the Joplin area and is always a party that responds to public emergencies.

“The department is committed to providing quality and efficient service to the citizens and we are always looking to continuously improve the service we provide daily,” said Fire Chief Jim Furgerson. “As part of this process we have begun a Strategic Planning process and we would like our citizens’ input by taking the survey listed below.”, which comes from a media release.

The survey should take less than 5 minutes.
