DIY genitalia mutilation was deliberate

A Sheriff  in Oklahoma says “a man’s penis was cut off, and the victim was a willing participant in the dismemberment.”

Now, Two men from LeFlore County Oklahoma were arrested on numerous charges including desecration of a human member and outraging public decency with gross injury, according to LeFlore County Sheriff Rodney Derryberry.

53-year-old Bobby Lee Allen and 42-year-old Thomas Evans Gates both from Wister, Oklahoma face multiple charges.

Sheriff Derryberry said on the afternoon of October 14, a person was dropped off at the McAlester Hospital who had a crude surgical procedure done. “Evidently it was not done by professionals,” said Derryberry.

The two men were arrested while leaving a 21-acre mountainous property to go to the hospital to check on the victim. Law Enforcement also found evidence of criminal activity and drugs.

Gates also faces charges of homicide in Pushmataha County in southeast Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is helping in the investigation  and say that there may be more possible victims
