Missouri government wins 2020 Government Experience Award

The state of Missouri is one of only ten states that will receive a 2020 Government Experience Award for its centralized applicant tracking system, MoCareers. Winners were selected for improving efficiency and the overall experience in government. MoCareers replaced over 50 different hiring processes that were previously utilized throughout the state. Many of these processes were still paper-based. Work on the project began in September 2020 and officially launched in January 2020.
