Missouri First Lady tests positive for COVID-19
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (WGEM) — Teresa Parson, the wife of Missouri Gov. Mike Parson, has tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday.
The Governor’s Chief of Staff Aaron Willard said that Mrs. Parson had several days of fall- like allergy symptoms that lingered on so she decided to get tested.
Gov. Parson has postponed travel while awaiting the results of a rapid test.
Mrs. Parson is currently quarantining in their home in Bolivar, Missouri. The governor is in Jefferson City awaiting test results.
