All things Harry Potter at Joplin Public Library
The Rosemary Titus Reynolds Children’s Department at Joplin Public Library (JPL) will host a celebration of all things Harry Potter from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7.
Young wizards and witches ages five to ten and their families are welcome to attend; costumes are encouraged but not required.
Attendees will be sorted into Hogwarts houses and experience a day in the life of a Hogwarts student by participating in first year classes such as Transfiguration, Herbology, Defense against the Dark Arts, and more! Take a trip to Hogsmeade to select your wand and stay for some delicious treats.
Before you go, make sure to take your picture at Platform 9 ¾ and post it to social media with the tag #HP@JPL !
