The Missouri State Fair continues through Sunday at the fairgrounds in Sedalia.
Today is Missouri Electric Cooperatives Day. At the Grandstand tonight starting at 7:30, Rick Ross with the Ying Yang Twins, Twista and Murphy Lee.
Saturday is Youth in Agriculture Day. At the Grandstand starting at 7:30 PM it’s country night with Little Big Town and Montgomery Gentry.
Sunday is Family Preparedness / Half Price Day. The Grandstand features car races starting at 6:00 PM featuring sprint cars, modifieds and super stock races.
The carnival rides, animal exhibits and vendors including many restaurants are open.

Carthage Farmers Market
The ROOT 66 Carthage Farmers Market is open on Saturday!
The Carthage Farmers Market offers a wide variety of fresh in-season produce, greenhouse plants, honey, jams, jelly, and baked goods.
They are hosting it at their covered pavilion, at 122 Grant Street in Carthage. It is sort of near the Carthage Civil War museum and Pete's convenience store.
This Root 66 farmers market is going from 8 am to noon this Saturday

A back to school supply drive car show will take place Saturday from 5 to 7 pm at Redemption Motorsports located at 200 north East Street in Webb City. Bring donations of school supplies. There will be a bounce house and free food.
