The Barry County Sheriff's Office says three men have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the 1999 killing of Justin Hocutt.

Authorities identified the suspects as Mark Wesley Scott, Bobby Ray Scott and David Ray Scott.

Hocutt was just 14 years old when his body was found on railroad tracks near Seligman.

Investigators have long believed he was killed somewhere else before his body was placed on the tracks.

The case remained unsolved for nearly three decades. The sheriff's office has not released what led investigators to the three arrests, saying more information will be released as the case moves forward.
