Oklahoma A.G. says “Everything is on the table” for Richard Glossip

A man who spent two decades death row was booked back into the Oklahoma County Detention Center in Oklahoma City on Tuesday after his murder conviction and death sentence were thrown out by the U.S. Supreme court in February .
62-year-old Richard Glossip spent more than 20 years on death row in Oklahoma.
|In 1997, he was convicted in a murder-for-hire scheme against his former boss.
The high court said Glossip was entitled to a new trial because prosecutors failed to hand over evidence that might have helped his defense.
When asked if a new trial would take place Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond said, “Everything is on the table,”
