Carthage Police Department in search of missing man

The Carthage Police Department is in search of 35-year-old Theodore Hickman.

Hickman, a white male stands 5’04” and weighs 180 lbs.

He has short, dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen at approximately 8:30 p.m. on 4/21/2025 wearing a pink/orange flamingo shirt, black pants underneath tan shorts, and a
black western hat, riding a black beach cruiser bicycle.

He has a rose tattoo underneath his left eye.
