Log Cabin Republicans launches operations to support gay and lesbian Republicans

The Log Cabin Republicans of Central Missouri are proud to announce the official incorporation and launch of their chapter. The organization’s mission is to champion Republican values for all—regardless of sexual orientation—while fostering education, advocacy, and open dialogue on issues affecting the LGBT community.

We provide a space where conservatives can connect, engage, and be empowered to advocate for LGBT Missouri and their allies. Our chapter is committed to advancing policies, issues, candidates, and officeholders who reflect our core belief: that LGBT individuals have a rightful and respected place within the conservative movement.

The chapter’s goals include:

• Working with Republicans to promote respect, dignity, and concern for LGBT communities.

• Supporting, endorsing, and advocating for LGBT Republican candidates and elected officials at the local, county, state, and federal elections

• Demonstrating that LGBT Missourians can be strong conservatives who stand for freedom, limited government, and individual responsibility.
