Getting ready for Missouri’s 2025 legislative session

The Missouri legislature is gearing up for the next session starting in January.

Neosho state rep Ben Baker on Thursday’s KZRG Morning Newswatch said:

“I think we’re in a good position to get some great things done for Missouri, this upcoming session. We had our winter caucus meeting yesterday (Wednesday) where we started hammering out some of the priorities for the next session. I’m really cautiously optimistic now, starting to start that process, putting together what bills are going to file, I think you’re going to see some more productivity out of the senate than in years past, hopefully.”

Some of those priorities include tax reform and getting rid of DEI issues.
