D.W.I. accident in McDonald County

There was a D.W.I. accident in McDonald County a little after 8 p.m. Saturday when a man identified as 55-year-old Sean P. Ryan of Noel had an accident on Route 59 in the Noel City limits.

His Ford F-150 pickup went off the right side of the roadway, hit a guard rail and then a fence.

He was taken to Mercy Hospital in Bella Vista, Arkansas for treatment of minor injuries.

Ryan was ticked for first-offense misdemeanor DWI, careless and imprudent driving, no valid license, failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance and no seatbelt.
