Joplin Area Habitat for Humanity to hold Veterans’ Day observance Monday
Joplin Area Habitat for Humanity on Monday will recognize area veterans, raise awareness of veteran housing programs and welcome its newest Veterans Build recipient.

Joplin Area Habitat for Humanity will be recognizing seven local veterans on Veteran’s Day.
These veterans have assisted in our work in the community, and five have been recipients of
our housing services.
After this opportunity to acknowledge these veterans, we will be going across the street for a groundbreaking at 806 Tom where these veterans Habitat welcome its next Veterans Build homeowner, Janene Houskeeper, a veteran of the Navy.
