Private property crash injures woman from Monett

A crash on private property in Lawrence County, about a quarter mile east of Monett late Friday morning, resulted in injuries to a 19-year-old woman from Monett.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a 2009 Nissan Murano driven by the woman traveled south bound through a yard, striking fence posts and trees.

The driver had serious injuries.

She was transported to Cox-South Hospital in Springfield.
