Arrest made in Tennessee in the death of a homeless man in Springfield

On October 9th a homeless man was found dead in Springfield.

Now, a man has been arrested for that crime in Jackson, Tennessee.

51-year-old Jimmy W. Nunnery is facing a second degree murder charge in connection with the death of 59-year-old Bryan A. York of Springfield.

Police said his injuries were consistent with an assault that led to his death.
