Springfield man sentenced to 30 years in prison for fatal crash
A Springfield man has been sentenced for a crash that killed a family of three in 2019.
In late May, Andrew Lynch changed his plea to guilty. On Friday, Lynch was sentenced to 30 years.
That’s according to Springfield station KY-3.
Lynch was charged with three counts of second-degree murder, three DWIs resulting in death, leaving the scene of a crash, and leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death.
The crash at Kearney and Glenstone killed 41-year-old Jamin Seabert, 39-year-old Kim Seabert and 19-year-old Braeden Seabert.
