MO Supreme Court to decide fate of abortion rights ballot proposal

The Missouri Supreme Court will decide the fate of a ballot proposal that is designed to overturn the state’s abortion ban. 

The high court has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday morning at 8:30. 

The judges are expected to rule quickly – the deadline to remove initiatives from the November ballot is 5 p.m. Tuesday.
