Primary Election Day is here – Results Coverage live tonight online and on air
Primary Election Day is where voters will vote on a plethora of seats and issues.
The list includes U.S. Senator, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Attorney General, several Congressional seats, circuit judge, as well as some state seats for senate and representative.
There will also be two constitutional amendments – allowing for a property tax exemption for providing childcare outside of the child’s home and requiring Kansas City to spend at least 25-percent of its budget on its police department.
Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you are in line by 7 p.m., you can vote.
It’s recommended that you bring a government-issued photo ID when you vote.
