Rider seriously injured in McDonald County cycle accident

A motorcycle rider was seriously injured just after 8:30 Sunday night  on Missouri 90, about three miles south of Pineville in McDonald County.

The Highway Patrol says a Harley Davidson operated by 60-year-old James W. Irving of Bella Vista went out of control, traveled off the right side of the road and overturned.

Irving was not wearing a safety device. He was seriously injured.

He was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.
